You are correct that Phig is NOT related to Henry at the current time. There is dipute on whether the institutional investors listed on Phil's Fintel are actually invested in Phil or Phig (two, totally unassociated companies according to some) due to the stock ticker mix up by the SEC last year. I also believe that Phig is the closed, gold brach of Phil. If so, and it is not the helicopter company, then it would indeed mean that the investment buy Willian Jones Wealth Management would indeed be in phil whether the stock code listed on the filings shows Phil or Phig.
