Thero made that statement after they lost the first trial.
He now was in deep crap.
So he uses the shareholders who did not want to settle for less than Teva as an excuse..throwing them under the bus...he needed some cover.

It was a what a coward would do.

The only settlement AMRN was offering was Teva or nothing..Hikma offered a fair settlement and Thero said no...this pissing off Hikma Ceo..MO
