Exactly, yet instead of us being current and awaiting the fictitious 8k for a R/M, we will possibly end up in the headwinds of another SEC OTC suspension sweep thanks to the idiocy of the one they call Richards!


Definitely the biggest idiot that I know of. And yes I'm expecting that this thing get's halted for months now, ever since I saw other companies were halted that filed the 2018-10k as their latest. ASKH is still not heavily delinquent but enough apparently to get suspended. As you said it all depends on what kind of conversation he has going on with the SEC if any.
