I think not.

DBMM is well able to publish any PR they want to, especially on any document already in the public venue.

They would be able to craft one of their usual “Oh woe is me, everyone is against me” type of PR’s that is the norm for this company.

They simply choose not to.

Probably have no money to do so.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
