Here is what I found from a post on another site regarding this.

This is a huge misunderstanding. WJWM did not purchase shares of PHIL from what I have found. They purchased PHIG. I know Intel says they did but they have the company confused with PHIG. If you look at the 13F they filled with the SEC then you will see the ID of the stock they purchased. The ID is equal the the CUSIP. WJWM purchased the stock with CUSIP 69360B104 and that CUSIP is for PHIG. The CUSIP for PHIL is actually 6933D208. This PHIG v.s PHIL issue is crazy. Feel free to double check and correct me if I am wrong. I spent about 3 hours researching. I wish it were true because I have over 3mil shares of PHIL.
