That idiot Schadel would have to sell 1.3 Billion shares and he has so many liens and lawsuits against him.

But the funniest thing I have seen on OTCM - LTNC has an A/S of 8 Billion and a O/S of 8 Billion.

And LTNC is revoked in Georgia and Nevada and is delinquent on Taxes in Wyoming.

So Schadel is selling shares illegally - FINRA and the SEC needs to know of his criminal activity.

Show me one state where Schadel says he has an office where Labor Smart is registered as a business entity.

Schadel is a not very bright serial scammer.
