Tell us how you really feel about ZIVO ... =). You used to be the optimistic one !!!!

Just for fun .... here is a link to general BoD requirements for a company to IPO on a Nasdaq or NYSE type exchange. ZIVO is obviously public already but BoD composition and talent thereon required to gain listing has requirements.

I would point to Audit Committee requirement to have a qualified individual determined to be "financially sophisticated".

Looking at ZIVO's BoD prior to last week's addition .... I wouldn't put any of them in the "financially sophisticated" category. Convenient that Chairman Payne is CEO of another company and pulled in his CFO for ZIVO BoD.

Just sayin' .... maybe Nasdaq or other exchange listing is still in play as there is more than just what is seen in the basic listing requirements related to company capitalization.
