I am holding TAAT long and strong! I was wary of the “scrappy upstart” story. I did not know how these guys could manage to get such traction in such a tough market and was convinced that they must be backed by a big tobacco outfit. That turns out to not be the case (according to what I know at the moment) It turns out Joe the founder has been formulating smokeable flavours for 20 years and had an E Juice company that he sold to a big tobacco company. He seems to be deploying those gains to take over the world. I found in Altria’s filings that a challenge to them thriving going forward it the “inability to attract and retain top talent” ( I read Setti and the other execs that followed him to TAAT) Oh my! This is very very good!
