Marjac - Isn't there something in the US constitution (amendments) that says that the punishment cannot be harsher than the crime? Due process clause? Does it apply to corporations or just individuals?

If you steal a candy bar, you cannot be imprisoned for life and have your house seized.

Does the court know or care that losing the Marine patents results in losing a much larger portion than what Marine patents represent?

Would be nice to show % of gV sales to Du and ask if this was her intended outcome.
