It's Not A Far Stretch, for an OG Investor (like me') to understand how the Original', WMI Preferred Managing Subsidiary, now a "WMIH" Preferred Managing Subsidiary, Let alone the WMI Capital Trusts' Total Separation from the WMI Holding Company and it BK's were "missed, disregarded, and never considered" ... the important issues and so very much more were NOT poorly researched, ... it's a product of ZERO Research & Study ...

only here', ... is where "hoping" takes precedent' ? ... it's simply amazing' ...

But "hoping" ? Changes NOTHING', ... "It Is What It Is"

I would simply say, start with the Disclosure Statement, or the "piers" capping and paid off with WMI Cash', releasing the Cap Trusts Debenture debt support, heck, a study of the FIRST Filing for BK ... etc., etc, etc., ... But That would actually take effort' and hard work, ... quality's obviously missed in ... ? ... the obvious'
