Be a deep technical advisor who supports business clients to deliver unique value by eliminating consumer blockers within their given solution area. In CE's role, I provide technical support, including risk assessments and adjustments to operate and optimize a customer's cloud or on-premises environment. I provide support delivery services as well as technical preparation through the customer support contract through the shipment by the account team.
Key role skills and activities:
Participate in proactive account management, detect performance issues, analyze problems, develop solutions to meet customer needs, represent them.
Provide the most effective method of service delivery by analyzing common trends and topics among customers.
Create deliveries to meet common customer needs and support first on mobile devices, first cloud strategy, share intellectual property with others.
Assign and align resources to optimize the customer experience.
Build plans that take into account potential obstacles and immediate and long-term consequences.
Provide assistance to stakeholders throughout the implementation to avoid/resolve technical issues.
Constantly apply "lessons learned", personal responsibility and model of teamwork.
Understand customer/partner requirements and can assign the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technology solutions accordingly.
Drive and support innovation by focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform.
Cultivate relationships, credibility, and loyalty to customers and partners intentionally by sharing the relevant business experience.
