JL the past has shown us that you having a case admitted into the ledgers of the courts in Chile has everything and anything but a win to account for its ending. There have been many have there not?

Thus far the shareholders of MSX, the only folks who follow this board, have never seen any wins nor had any wins to talk about regarding the fraud you claim against Barrick.

If you wish send some, one case number and one win to make me (US) eat these words.
We would welcome the news.

If it were so Barrick would by regulations need to advise its shareholders as the result of a proven fraud against them would be a severe event in their stock valuation.

Barrick have never made any public announcement other than stating in the last pages of their filings that there are some legal issues ongoing and they make no qualifiers as to projected results nor any qualifiers as to the potential of losses from those legal issues (PASCUA LAMA).
