As I read this again, this also jumps out at me:

Strengthen our Balance Sheet: Management has identified an amount of notes & liabilities that will be written off the balance sheet , creating a result to our Revenues as 'Other Income' for the 4th Quarter 2020 financials. Please see our 10k that will be filed in March 2021.

This is a big deal to me as we should now be debt free as of the 4th quarter of 2020.
