Jhd51, One has to ask themself what is the significance of the insiders artificially holding the PPS at $30.00. The only thing that makes sense is a Share for value in exchange for assets that are current boarded or are coming on board. IMO their will be some wild trading as many Equity Holders will want to cash out and live their dream. I don't believe they will see anything near the PPS real value but will sell non the less.
