Yeah, it should be solely on the basis of eradicating DGF.

If something else does pop up, I will be really surprised.

I am not sure if DGF is part of the plan or not. IMO, they are most likely not.

I have no clue on how long it would take the courts. Not even a guesstimate.

The only thing really is to see what the week of March 9th brings us.

Then work from there, I suppose.

What do you mean a waste of time to get the approval for A/S increase? On the whole? Or on the USA side?

What I think might happen is; If OWC Israel gets approval of increase, the USA courts will just approve it. No need to have hearings.
