So, unless creditors appear, this is SOLELY about raising the A/S to get DGF out of the picture. That could explain why DGF has been silent in the U.S. Court case if they're part of the plan.

Any thoughts on how long the Haifa Court will take to rule on whatever is presented to them?

Chapter 15 in U.S. is for cross-border cases. It seems a waste of court resources and time just to get approval to increase the A/S.
