BBI, I think you missed the point. Let's say someone contacts Tuc and offers to pay $22 per share or whatever number the parties agree is worth foregoing the future potential value of the stock and in return Tuc signs an agreement to leave the board and to never come back. Tuc is paid sufficiently for the unrealized value of AMRN and is eliminated from continuing to provide value to the board. Tuc wins and the party with the fat checkbook silences Tuc. Win/win.
