Predicting it now...Supreme Court accepts our petition. Does not mean a win. But I’d put the odds over 50% of a win when they accept! Thank you north....that Matt Waxman ex solicitor general is a rock star. I don’t think he would put his name on it if we did not have merit and the law needing a clarification of graham v j Deere.
This case is not the typical 1% chance. One could argue a case with merits has a substantial chance of being heard. That’s us.
