yes, they are outrageous but it can happen. It is a small possibility but it is real. The seller normally do not give up full power for only cash, normally there are some exchanges and contracts, etc. We, the stockholders would definitely get a straight deal. Once it happens, your shares are gone from your account and you are left with whatever amount was agreed from such deal, per share. I have seen it happen to a friend before. It is a speechless sensation, it can't be described when the buyout works out as expected. GL
