As always, just joking, glad you have a sense of humor. I'm heading for 54 in a couple of short months, so I'm getting old myself. Shoulder, back, neck, hip and elbow all flare up. I am so thankful for ActiPatch. I've been exercising hard so I need my patch. Hit a personal best bench press at almost 54. Without recovery there is no consistent training, thanks again Actipatch.
