JD didn't answer the first time but it was after 4pm so I tried the next day before noon. He picked up and we talked for ten minutes or so. It wasn't as "privileged" as you imagine. It was cordial and informative. Of course he didn't share sensitive info with me. How do you imagine the SEC would react to that?? He's being extremely careful with CRGS money,IMO,as opposed to DK who spent and spent. Watches that no one bought, a generous salary for K Browne who, nice as she always was, obviously had very little actual work to do and expensive annual meetings where we were fed cookies but mostly a lot of BS. CRGS is not like Joe's BBQ down the street where the owner is free to share any business info he'd like. A public corp. has to follow the SEC guidelines and that means every communication has to be carefully worded and LEGAL. That costs money. You should know that. As far as all the other issues you've raised...they also cost money and time. Both of which we have precious little of. And all that updating would be nice but we can't afford nice. It was a huge mistake for JD to have said we were going to be selling what....how many watches? I can't remember. But who knows in what context he made that statement? Maybe he believed the BS coming from DK. I don't know. That's one thing we didn't talk about. What was the point? So do some homework and call him.
