This is turning into the WhineHub message board. Aside from a few great posters, excluding me, we're being invaded by a bunch of whiners. Prior to the end of 2020, we had an approved Triglyceride lowering drug. Now we have the first and only drug approved for CV risk reduction in the US and Canada. We shot up to $26/sh and even had a secondary offering at $18/sh. Which was well received. Then we lost a legal battle for the original patents around lowering Triglycerides and the stock tanked. Shame on all you whiners for not taking advantage of a true gift. Like everyone else, I was pissed about the stock tanking but unless you don't believe in the the possibilities of this drug, you should have loaded up with every cent you can afford to invest. We are in the very early stages of this game. EU approval and China approval are right around the corner. Covid efficacy trials are ongoing, Nash, Alzheimer...etc. This will be in the teens in the blink of an eye. I'm a glass half full kind of guy....and I see the Du ruling as a blessing in disguise especially with the potential of the ruling being overturned or winning on infringement or even settlement. Not to mention a BO which I expect this year.
