Wouldn’t be surprised if some sort of Buy out / Merger discussions have taken place but I doubt if KT Health
is involved.

Considering the sheer magnitude of the current and potential market I would think the valuation of Biel would be in multiple hundreds of Millions if not a Billion plus.

KT Health is simply not big enough imo..
