LOOK on 11/16 this article released had :
Common shares 78,230,998
Class B shares 103,830,716
Today:::
Common shares 156,780,998 18,045,993 restricted
Class B 106,034,326
class c 261,358

SO thats a difference of 81,014,968 with 18,045,993 restricted some said to be collateral.

81,014,968 shares x .048 (todays closing price) =$3,888,718 value

On 11/13 CBAY paid cash for Imperial Beach Hotel worth 5-6 million dollars.

If we take that one asset (which is also generating income from a lease with HBO) IT'S worth more than the added shares alone + 1.5 million + rental revenues.

Cobs Homes released Tim Assured me today was like a short marriage but in the divorce CBAY got 100% BACK (IMO CBAY got 125% because they gained 40 less paychecks to cut everymonth, @7500 squarefeet of less office space to pay for, and the additional overhead. I saw those employee's and office space with my own eyes) I saw no benefit with Cobs to CBAY anyway since Cobs had a previous partner not work out either..

SO that's 40 MILLION in assets (revenue generating) IMO with no dilution since I'm counting 81 Million for Imperial Beach + equity and the original 78 million from 11/16 article I'm counting for :

Valley Lane LV $ 0.25M $ .35 M
Seogerville TX $ 1.5 M $ 1.5 M
Chapel Downs TX $ 1.2 M $ 1.3 M

Oh they also added in the 4th quarter :

So that's 50+ million confirmed added since NOVEMBER with only $3,888,718 share value based on .048 today's close.

THIS STOCK IS WAY WAY UNDERVALUED/ Those additional 81 Million shares should be worth 7 cents to equal the Hotel equity alone!

Mortgage companies are working employee's 10 hour day's + weekends with record loan amounts because 6 months to 1 1/2 ago was a sellers market and now is a buyers market. The media feeds on bad news YOU ALL know this you trade stocks. Call a friend or relative in the mortgage business find out for yourself! At one bank here I called today in Carlsbad (a manager friend) there loan processors are working on an average of 50 purchase loans each, from CA to AZ to NV.

You may ask as I do where did the money come from then? Well I know there were some properties sold, my guess is the profits will be on the 10K. Pawson is wheelin an dealing as someone said earlier!
