I am not in it anymore. Nor do I anticipate getting in it again. So my due diligence will mean nothing. I only brought it up because for anybody that does want to get in it or is in it, they can have answers answered for them.

If he made that comment, then he would obviously know where in the rules it says that OR he will have the name of the person that told him that (especially if it was a corporate lawyer or regulatory person).

I just came back cause I was looking at one of my old accounts and had BDGR on a watch list and finally saw it move after years of nothing-ness. And I want to come back and see if some of the old time investors, who dealt with Lanza, came back.

No more, no less. That, and I am entertained by a good shit-show! Which the old BDGR board was amazing source of entertainment to kill time in a day.
