In my humble and generally nubile knowledge of SPAC’s this would be an act of desperation (not unlike a reverse split) or last resort with the end goal of profit for a select few. In my estimation, professor Li and the future of this technology are neither desperate nor in search of a savior.

Patience is all that is required of which many here are obviously in short supply but hey we are a species in conflict unquestionably sullied, mystified and misguided with an intense need for immediate gratification and an absolute misperception of time, space and self.
