IMO AMPG could have offered warrants and $7 to existing shareholders prior to the RS. Lack of concern for retail investors. I agree with others that a listing on Nasdaq is coveted and good for shareholders. But a 65 ish % haircut is hard to swallow. I was up 14K then down 20K on my PL the next morning on a very modest account. I'm still in it, but I'm not buying anymore. They need a serious catalyst I hope the CEO has one coming. Ot this will be back at $1.00.
