Glad it was only a placeholder. I was too busy reading the message board to learn of the company, and not enough attention to the special meeting of shareholders. Waiting to see what the outcome of special meeting & at what ratio a reverse split would be done - they sure leave themselves wide open in their range.

Usually immediately after a r/s there is a dip, so hope to take a position for the future when the timing is right.
