MAXD never disclosed any contract with Eli Attia.

Whether such contract said "50/50 split" or not is unverified.

Currently, we have 3 groups saying 4 different things about the Eli Attia funding agreement:

1. MAXD in 2018: "We have some kind of contract with Attia"
2. Eli Attia in 2019: "My agreement with MAXD is terminated."
3. MAXD in 2020: "..." (no mention of Attia)
4. MAXD speculators in 2021: "Eli Attia is going to win $120 billion from Google and MAXD gets $60 billion of that"

If you or anyone can find a public copy of this contract, I'd be thrilled to see it.

Finally! Thanks for the input. It’s tough getting info and flipping thru many pages of the court docs. So basically the buzz is whatever the outcome may be, MAXD gets 50% of the possible settlement money? Hard to find that statement somewhere.

I may need to use a different browser than Chrome to get more info maybe...
