Company issues a significant PR , No change to the share structure

PPS increases to .34 on 10 Times daily volume , NO change to the share Structure

I have said this many times , what I love about $BRSE is it's amazing share structure. I challenge anyone to find a better share structure of an OTC stock trading below a dollar . If you find it let me now and I will though some $$$ into it .
