Here's an answer.
Anyone who wrote a real check for real $$$ on a day when the price was let's say .0008, got a Note they could could convert to shares at .0004 AND receive a 50% share bonus. AND receive their interest in shares too.
They would then scramble around the world to try and get whole and their money back, only to be rejected by brokers and MM who would not take the shares! They would then scramble and find a couple who would sell the shares in return for a 50% haircut! Don't ask me how I know, U was having a good day!
Then you have the next level up or down, depending on who is turning the screws on whom. Those providing their wok and/or services, got paid in Notes, took the same haircuts, but at least got something.
Then you have anyone who received Notes or renewal of Notes, etc., BUT did not provide cas as they alled did. In all cases, of course, you would provide appropriate document proving loan of funds etc.
Of course if any insider issued shares to themselves, directly or indirectly and couldn't prove claim, they would be guilty all day long of self-dealing, conflicts and Bouton 10 other things I could list.
All of which is why I have yelled that the current CEO was and fortunately is no longer a victim... I have also praised her for not taking a couple of million in interest and a ton of salary and for taking the high road in helping shareholders who were badly screwed for so many years.
I have avoided the past, it is painful for people in 2 categories above and no one knows better than those taking the hits! If you find folks who lent and made real money, ask them to provide proof. Then grab a stool and wait by the fax machine, but take food and water...
In conclusion, most lost big. At least this management team has made some great moves, that were begged for a decade or more ago and cares, whereas before, the caring level was vastly different..... Ask around.
