Not sure if we read the same news release yesterday, where the CEO and board of directors member Tim Samuels, former Ryan homes executive (NYSE: NVR), shared the following:

- A new multi-hundred lot contract has been secured in addition to multiple prospects in other southeast states

- Company will be undergoing a rebrand to result in a new company name/website/stock symbol

These are all positives that point to further growth, definitely not ‘nothing’ imo
