Nothing meaning no super new product announcement, no jump in profits for revenue that wasn’t known.

Would you buy this company for 70 million in cash for day? I certainly wouldn’t.

It’s simple a supply and demand of shares with little economic support.

Yes there are more egregious examples of over valuation but this one is overvalued on any metric
