Lets put facts to this "DD Team" research. ie: Phone call to Vystar IR.....

FACT: Allegra Sr. has been previously accused and convicted by the SEC in a financial fraud scheme, involving a publicly traded company that he was President & CEO. T2 Medical.

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that
it filed a civil injunctive action in federal court in Manhattan
charging four former senior officers of T2 Medical, Inc. ("T2")
with carrying out a financial fraud scheme. Named in the Commission's complaint were:

Joseph C. Allegra ("Allegra"), age 48, was T2's president
and chief executive officer and a member of T2's board of
directors during the time of the events alleged in the complaint.

So Sr. leaves the VYST BOD's and replaces himself with his son who knows nothing about Vytex or Public Companies, who is now selling shares. hmmm......

Now, as to facts around the DD...

"Joseph Sr. owns several large successful hedge funds...."
FALSE: Allegra Sr. DOES NOT "own" 2 hedge funds.

"and is a billionaire$"
FALSE: Allegra Sr. while very rich is no where near Billionaire status. He is not not even 1/2 Billionaire status.

"Call me crazy (OK) but Joseph Sr. is a very smart guy, knows everything about Vystar and every angle of promoting a promising growth company. "
FALSE: Allegra Sr. does not know everything about the company and promoting it. If he did, then he would have already done that when he was on the BOD. Also, if he were a Billionaire he would have taken this to NAZ LONG before the Rotmans arrived on the scene.
