IMO Allegra Jr. is selling because of a possible conflict by being the son of Joseph Sr. We all know that Joseph Sr. owns several large successful hedge funds and is a billionaire$. I have a feeling that Joseph Sr. is going to do something with VYST regarding one of his hedge funds.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Joseph Jr. resign from the board and sell his remaining shares to allow dad to take VYST to the NAZ without a conflict! Call me crazy but Joseph Sr. is a very smart guy, knows everything about Vystar and every angle of promoting a promising growth company. He might be getting ready to make this fly! Don't forget how many years he himself sat on the Vystar BOD! We will definitely see what happens here, but this may be bigger, much bigger than anyone thought possible!
