Clearly that astute observation is lacking any concept of what this company is now vs what it was just 3 months ago. It was a shell my friend...not a company. It is now being filled with a company that will bring into the shell things like the revenue and assets you think are non existent at the moment. What happens today tomorrow even next month with the PPs doesn’t matter until we get definitive information on the LOI and what that means to the current share structure. Until then it’s just pissing in the wind..
