This was an excellent recent post showing how there has been no toxic debt, no dilution, and combined with a reduction in the authorized shares here.

Don't listen to anyone that says rshn is a share selling scam, or a diluted pig, or anything like that. Its simply not true.

Management has always been anti-dilution here.

If you look at the latest financial, you will see minimal shares issued for services rendered. Expect very little shares issued in any upcoming financials.
