This is one of a handful of debt-free cannabis plays and the only one I can find at this price point/market cap. They're a bit behind on reporting, but from the most recent Q:

zero notes/zero convertible debt:



pretty big OS, but only a tiny bit of dilution over the last couple years:



Though there's no reporting yet for 2020, from the OTC Markets profile we can see that the OS is almost unchanged from Sept. 2019.



Along with all the JVs with XYZ Hemp - including all the potential grant money available with a Biden administration - this could be a helluva a stock for 2021. Looking great this week!
