Best U.K. platform to buy BIEL? There’s a potential new retail investor based in the U.K. who is having trouble buying BIEL. They’re saying E*TRADE isn’t available there.

I know in the past when I bought some
Australian penny stocks, the US symbol was a little different, but that may not be the issue here.

Any thoughts?
