Makes all this new company, new shares stuff seem like something to be very leary of since they can't get a reputable accounting firm to give them a clean audit opinion.

Which is absolute bull shit nonsense since they hired Harlod Telners to take them to the next next level.

Harold Telners, CPA, formed Accounting & Tax Services, Inc. (ATS), one of Southeast Michigan's most diversified accounting firms, in 1986. After selling his practice in 2016, he joined CGE Energy, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. Telners holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Michigan-Dearborn.
