Has anyone checked the court docket?

Im not sure if this is apples to apples;but, I was in another stock (LPPI vs Outdoor Venture) where the court was held in Jefferson County Kentucky.

I was able to check the case court schedule in advance on the county site. Then one day the case magically disappeared.

When I called the court, I was told that the case was settled and no information was available due to the NDA.
