Second, and as I said, I have zero understanding of these things. If CGEI has 160M shares (not sure how the whole common vs preferred thing plays in) and Aradatum is issuing 60M, than I would figure whatever percentage of CGEI shares you had of that 160M would be the same percentage of the 60M shares of Aradatum you'd be entitled to. One for One would be great, and as I've said I'm sure I'm missing something.
It just seems to me, this process should be defined by rules, that are researchable, and protects investors. Of course, those with the most shares should receive the most on the spin out.
