The RS was clearly stated in their filings as well as in their Tweets stating it would happen the same day as the uplist.

Maxim took advantage of the situation. The II discount was excessive aside from the attached warrant. I'd bet they have a significant stake in the offering on top of the 10%+/- commission.

The company now has $10M cash and an approx 2M float. For a Nasdaq company this is not a bad thing at all. Short term it stinks but long term we are in very good shape.
