The Company filed a FORM 12b-25 NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING for the 10Q that was due yesterday. Part of its explanation is:
"A reclassification of net revenue will be presented as gross revenue, refunds and sales discounts."
"Management feels that this change is necessary to give users a clearer understanding of the financial statements as a whole. There will be no downward revision of previously reported figures as result of this change."

A clearer understanding? I can't wait.
