2) No dilution at all since they merged into the crypto business.

Common stock
The Company is authorized to issue 2,900,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001. As of December 31, 2017, there are 2,019,518,345 shares issued and outstanding .
Subsequently, in 2018, 71,200,000 shares were returned to the Company and canceled, leaving 1,948,318,345 common shares issued and outstanding.
Subsequently, pursuant to terms of merger dated June 25, 2019, Company authorized the issuance of 100,156,560 free trading shares of common stock. Company will issue these shares after FINRA publication of corporate action on merger, name and ticker change, which subsequently occurred on October 28, 2019.
On September 30, 2019, Company authorized the issuance of 10,000,000 common shares to Consultant David Chua under the terms of the Consulting Agreement.
As of November 27, 2019, 2,058,474,905 common shares are authorized to be issued and 1,948,318,345 are issued and outstanding.
