I still think .25 is still way undervalued. The true value based upon the price to earning ratio should be somewhere between .75 and 1.00 in my opinion. But I also understand that most OTC stocks trade completely irrationally and either way above or below their true value. So I think anywhere from .20 to .40 is a good bet sometime this year
