There is no current connection or offering for ZHUD and his director will be working on getting it removed from our OTC page.
James Anderson (VGLDF) was unaware it was on ZHUD's page until I talked him through finding it.
Vangold Mining Corp is a Canadian mining company that is currently halted under the symbol VGLDF. ZHUD reverse merged through a different company named Vangold Resources in 2016. Different companies and the similar historical name is likely causing the CIK filing issue from his perspective.
