My take is that having Galati launch an actual case of criminal wrongdoing against Barrick and the Exchanges would be very expensive and would put this entire deal so far into the future we would all be dead and gone by the time any court would hear a case.

1. We have no funds to manage such a case. This has been Barrick's modus operandi all along, keep us broke and in the shadows.

2. Given the time it takes to hear a case in Canada it would take so long it would make a grown man cry tears of frustration.

3. It would be a lot quicker to get us all together with pick and shovel and take over the property and start digging and panning.
Artesinal mining where all that permit crap is not required. Permits, Permits, we don't need no dam permits
If Barrick make any attempts to stop us we show them our rights......yah yah, that's it, show them our rights and titles over their fake and non existent ones. Have camera crew and news team to film the whole deal.

4. You can keep what you dug up, Guanaco dung and all.

I went to see the RCMP Imet some time ago asking them to bring Barrick in on a formal arrest over this fraud quoting Lopehandia's position.

I believe the receptionist and Inspectors I met are still choking on their laughter after all this time.

Case 001 indeed!
