I suspect I know more about BRK shares and the company than you do, and I attend the meetings regularly. The notion that a lot of the Class A will be liquidated may not take into account the huge capital gains hits in any such liquidation. How many investors do you personally know who hold BRK Class A shares? And, how many class A shares do you currently hold?

You may also want to do a little research on Class C shares (Executive Stock), which typically carry super voting rights and is typically held by insiders, i.e. Directors, Officers, Executives, etc.
