(IMO), Apparently more than you!

Yes, Buffett said it was.

Class BRK.A maybe in the Billions for net worth but, shares issued are on the decline. Fact!

Here's some additional information that it appears you don't know. The BRK. A class can only be converted to BRK.B class in order to be liquidated. That $570 Billion net worth varies from day to day. A larger per share value can go up as you know, but when it declines, it's a very large drop!

That $570 Billion valuation can drop like a rock in water! Also, not a lot of individuals can purchase or hold it. Some institutions hold it and some Baby Boomers. Those Baby Boomers are starting to drop like flies. I'm sure they held / hold this A class and their beneficiaries usually want out for the money value.

(The conversation reduction process begins at this point).

Each share of Class A sold is then converted to Class B, and it reduces the float of A and increase B float. BRK. A class share is now retired and more BRK.B is created.

Then / when Buffett repurchases the B and retires those B shares it reduces the float of those B shares outstanding. With the increasing per share value B class (now approaching the $250.00 value), which puts it out of the reach of common firm and investors. This combined with the repurchases of B class reduction will eventually lead to the new issuance of the BRK.C class that Warren and Charlie spoke about.

The intent is to get more common investors purchasing and holding the new BRK. C. class like they did on the "A & B" classes.

The first class A started out as a stock with visible value near the $20 dollar level. When the A class became unattainable by the common investor a new B class became available and visible near the $20 dollar range. I started making my purchases of the B class a few years after the B class arrived near the $70.00 level.

Some years later at a shareholders meeting, questions and answers to Warren and Charlie about a the introduction of a "C" class were asked due to some speculation, and both Warren and Charlie indicated those plans and introduction for a "C" class were indeed in the plans and could happen.

So if you are "In The BRK Stocks" I would recommend going to one of the shareholders meeting so you are better informed about the company, as well as, its future plans.

But if you are not in any BRK, then it's understandable why you sound like you do.
